Star Wars! The Complete Saga Review!!
Star Wars - A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the adventures of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess, Leia, Darth Vader, and more continue!Hello, my friends! Thanks for coming! Today I am going to talk about Star Wars!
Star Wars created a new universe, taking elements here and there. It is the eternal struggle of good against evil. The good guy wanting to rescue the young lady from the villain, mystical and magical elements taught by wise old men - it's all there! But in a new outfit. And with previously unseen special effects.

Before 1977, the only film with special effects that did not cause such lousy laughter was 2001 - A Space Odyssey, by Stanley Kubrick (1969). This two films used effects one step far ahead of the others. Spaceships, battles with "Light Saber," robots and various strange beings were there, in a convincing way! The universe created by Lucas was involved, and the story would yield other films (and later, an expanded universe with many books and magazines). So, in 1980 was released," The Empire Strikes Back" (considered by many the best of the series). And in 83 came the "The Return of the Jedi," the final redemption of the hero and the villain.

The elements presented by Star Wars are worshiped to this day. Darth Vader is the best villain of the twentieth century. Some people use the Force as a religion. And today we talk about wookies, jawas, Ewoks, and siths, as with other fairy-tale universes. About the cast, we can not say much. Mark Hammil and Carrie Fisher (Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa) did not get much beyond these roles. Harrison Ford, Han Solo, is the only one left to stardom in other films, with good choices like Blade Runner and Lost Ark Hunters. Of course, we can not forget the luxurious assistance of two veterans: Alec Guinness as Ben Kenobi and Peter Cushing as Grand Moff Tarkin. Darth Vader? It was one person under the armor and one under the voice. The actor under the helmet, David Prowse, is ostracized to this day; but his view, James Earl Jones!
Reviewing Star Wars after twenty years is revisiting a place in our memory. George Lucas's epic story establishes this giant world in our imagination, and it is difficult to look back and see it only as a film. For it is undoubtedly part of our memories today.

Star Wars was a watershed of technology that ultimately influenced much of the films that came later. Such films have little in common, except for the way they came to this crucial moment in the history of cinema when new methods were ready for synthesis. The birth of a "nation" brought with it the development of the language of images and editing. Special effects, advanced mixing, and a new style of photography with the release of the linear form of storytelling. Star Wars combined a new generation of special effects with high-voltage action; coupled the space opera with drama, fairy tales, and legends, wrapping themselves in a wild ride.

In fact, Star Wars wiped out the custom-made filmmaker's golden era of the early 1970s. By focusing on cinema as an industry with lavish budgets for producing box-office hits, creating a trend we are still experiencing. But we can not blame him for this, we can only observe how well it was done. All significant studios have attempted to produce a new Star Wars. This positioned Hollywood's center of gravity to the intellectual and emotional level of a brilliant man. However, it is quite possible that as we get older, we will keep our own former tastes buried within us. How could you explain all the joy of Star Wars, even to those who think they have nothing in common with science fiction? It's a well-intentioned home-movie frame, and shining through it is the gift of a man. Who knew how to combine cutting-edge technology with illusionism, yet compelling story. It was not by chance that George Lucas worked with Joseph Campbell, an expert on the fundamental myths of mankind, to come up with a script that owes much to the earliest stories of humanity.

George Lucas conducts very well the sequences of action, creating excellent angles for this. The story is quite impressive, and the script develops very well. Just like their respective protagonists, but unfortunately, the film begins the romance between Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala in a very artificial way. Causing it to act little chemistry between both and the relationship of these only captivates us because we take into account the importance that it will have to the whole hexalogy. The action sequences are all excellent, but end up being poorly distributed during the film. Which just does not leave the viewer bored by the smart way the script works in its main story.
Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005).

Revenge of the Sith "is a movie that alternates between ups and downs, but the final balance turns out to be incontestably positive. Using some incredible tactics to fill in the gaps left open in the unification of the old trilogy with this new one. Lucas turns out to be full handwriting, for example, to create a motive for Anakin Skywalker chooses to hang on to the dark side of the Force involving his beloved wife. Adventure sequences are mostly excellent, but they disappoint the audience entirely in some cases. The performances are mostly good. And closes the saga with mastery, serving as a perfect bridge that links the two trilogies.
Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).

Considered by the vast majority of the fans as the definitive Pop Culture Scientific Fiction," A New Hope "can be seen as a milestone in the history of Cinema for having started one of the most successful franchises already held to this day. The protagonists are quite captivating, and the script addresses them in a way that makes them even more striking. The performances of the whole cast are more than satisfactory, and the actors have fantastic chemistry with each other. An epic adventure undoubtedly worthy of all the hype it possesses.

Addressing the most charismatic character in the entire saga thorough," Star Wars Episode V - Empire Strikes Back." It creates the greatest and most crucial villain of all the history of Cinema. Featuring a dramatic load well above the previous film, this fifth episode still gains a significant highlight due to a bombastic revelation occurred in the third act of his plot. The development of the characters is perfect. The best movie of the whole saga.
Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983).

The Return of the Jedi "has a script that cares about tying the chemistry between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in an epic way. The Emperor Palpatine, who previously was only presented to us via holograms, appears in the flesh in this final episode and gains an approach worthy of the leader of Darth Vader. The technical aspects of the film are fantastic. The direction of art creates unforgettable scenes, and visual effects are the best in the whole trilogy. And, of course, to make the lightsaber fights more realistic and exciting than the previous films. A great movie!

Disney, the owner of production rights and Lucas Film itself, preferred to go on an adventure with fewer digital effects and more excitement, as in the original films. Here we have characters that are built up a little bit. Especially the new Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) and new villain Kylo Ren (Adam Driver).
Without neglecting references to previous films. Production actually continues the story interrupted with the victory of the Rebel Alliance against the Galactic Empire. As soon as the second Death Star was destroyed and the Emperor Palpatine defeated. More than thirty years have passed since then, and the spark of a new threat, in the form of the First Order, comes to annihilate the newly formed New Republic.

After finding the mythical and reclusive Luke Skywalker (Mark Hammil) on an isolated island, young Rey (Daisy Ridley) seeks to understand the balance of the Force from the teachings of the Jedi Master. In parallel, With the destruction of the Republic, the evil First Order reigns. Supreme Leader Snoke looks to crush what's left of the Resistance and cement his grip on the galaxy.
Luke Skywalker, the legendary Jedi Master who can change the tide of war.
The end of a saga (Star Wars episode 9) as the trailer itself brings is the union of generations and there would be no better way to tell a story that has spanned so many generations with characters that have evolved without losing their essence. It is scheduled to be released on December 20, 2019
Besides, the first teaser trailer of the movie was presented. The video confirms the return of Palpatine, or Darth Sidious, though the villain's iconic laugh.
There is a rumor that in this new movie it will reveal Kylo Ren As The True Skywalker, Not Rey! THAT would be a great plot twist for the Star Wars movies!
Who composed the Star Wars songs?
The Imperial March Theme
| Star Wars Trilogy (Box Set) Box set, Soundtrack edition (2004) Audio CD |
One of the most striking things about the Star Wars saga is undoubtedly the soundtrack. Within it are two songs that draw a lot of attention. The Imperial March - the theme of Darth Vader. The other is that which plays at the beginning when the story appears scrolling on the screen.
So I asked myself, who composed these songs? I decided to look for a little and quickly found that the composer of the soundtracks of all episodes of Star Wars. From the release of Episode IV (A New Hope) to the last to be released in 2005, Episode III (Revenge of the Sith), is the same. The name is John Williams.
Before going into detail, you probably must be thinking that it's just these two songs that play the whole movie. But it is worth remembering that all the other excerpts and the other songs were of its composition as well.
John Williams, American composer, and conductor, born in 1932 in New York, has an excellent record of the soundtrack to movies. Many of them you've heard of: The Rescue of Private Ryan, Harry Potter (And The Philosopher's Stone, And The Chamber Of Secrets, And The Prisoner Of Azkaban); Schindler's List, Jurassic Park, as well as Indiana Jones, Superman, Minority Report, and others.
And Finally, I would like to show my Piano Cover of the Star Wars Theme!
