Hello, my beautiful friends! Thanks for coming again! How are you living? So, Today I am going to talk about a fantasy comedy-drama movie called Christopher Robin!

Stories marked by a good dose of fantasy amid reality are trademarks of Disney, as well as the attention given to these two scopes is also part of the film director Marc Forster. Perhaps it is because of this approach that Christopher Robin works so well: by merging the imaginary with the factual spontaneously, the film goes so far as to make the journey of the protagonist alive. Fantasy and reality can talk very well with each other.
Ewan McGregor is the typical skeptical adult who does not see more colors in its routine, although it lives in the company of a small daughter and a charming wife. As much as he enjoys his work, his life condenses around him and, mainly, the lack of recognition he receives from the boss.
When he was a boy in the hinterland of England, he spent his childhood playing in the 100 Acres Grove as a child should live in truth. In constant contact with nature, playing at all times and especially stimulating their creativity and imagination.

Years passed, Christopher was raised and soon had to go to a private boarding school in London. Due to this initiative of his parents, Christopher had to separate from his great childhood friends, Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Guru, Can and Abel who, along with him lived all the adventures of that time.
Before leaving, Christofer tells Pooh that he would never forget him. And the memories would be kept in their mind until one day they returned to meet again.
Arriving at the boarding school, he came across a reality that was not customary, excessive charges, rigidity, and a universe of introspection. Sometime later, when he was young, he lost his father. When he got older, he went to serve in the army. At this time he met Evelin, a charming young woman who would later become his wife. Soon Evelin became pregnant, but before her daughter Madeline was born, Christopher was sent to war. He only returned years later when he met Madeline. A life transformed Christopher Robin from a light, free, dreamy child into an adult who thought only of work, had no time for family and lost his sense of imagination.
Christopher worked hard, was an Efficiency Manager for a trucking company. And at that time he was facing the difficult task of cutting down on the company's considerable expenses to avoid a massive lay-off by employees.
It is at this moment that Pooh reappears in his life. Needing help and invites him to return to the 100 Acres Forest to help him rediscover all and consequently live new great adventures.

As the film shows, the brightness of Christopher's life is concentrated in a particular phase of childhood, in an immense and lively refuge with the daily coexistence with Pooh Bear, Tigger, Piglet, Io, Kanga, Guru, Abel, and Owl. Such creatures, long present in books and animations, are presented more modestly than in the drawings, for even their colors are less contrasted. Simply put, the film uses coloring to get us closer to the Hundred Acres Forest, making its existence accessible and uncomplicated. The movie does not bother to explain why creatures are there, present in the protagonist's past and present. This whole universe is a tool of a particular analysis, with the adult seeing himself trapped in a style of thinking that does not match what he dreamed as a boy.
At one point in the movie, Christopher tells Pooh, "I'm cracked." With his innocence, the little bear responds: "I do not see any crack; just a few wrinkles, maybe. " In this and other conversations between the two characters, the film makes clear its message: looking back demonstrates the importance of not losing its essence. As he walks through that tree door, Christopher reopens and rebalances himself.
Externally, Christopher Robin may seem like just another movie meant to entertain children. But the real target is the adults, the ones closest to a routine whose reflection can be rigid and even severe. At the end, who will leave the cinema enchanted with the richness of history will not only be the children's audience.
