Until Dawn - When eight friends are trapped on a remote mountain retreat, and things quickly turn sinister, they start to suspect they aren't alone.

Hello, my friends! Thanks for coming! Today I am going to make a quick review of a new game called Until Dawn! Spoiler Alert!


A collapse in the mines was accidentally provoked by the demolition group. The 30 miners of the group were trapped underground, they remained for 23 days before the rescue reached them, 12 of them committed cannibalism and survived.

Survivors have now been treated by the Blackwood asylum. Within the facilities of the sanatorium. Experiments were performed in patients who began to exhibit extreme symptoms of aggressiveness and physical mutation. The survivors turned into Wendigo and caused panic by killing several people in the asylum, the creatures fled and were no longer seen. The butterfly effect, with small choices, will have significant consequences in future events.

The Wendigo are humans possessed and transformed by the Native American spirit of the same name - the direct result of having resorted to cannibalism.

Some years after the Blackwood mountain mines were abandoned, the Washingtons brothers spent a few days in the chalet and took their closest friends with them. One day they prepare a joke against one of their friends. The group saw that she ran out into the woods alone after the prank and Her sister goes after. At this same place, this very night, Jack, the hunter of Wendigos, was there.

Armed with a flame spear, he sees the monster in the forest, but that day he was not alone. The two girls were in the woods, but they both know a creature and run away, in desperation. They end up running toward a cliff, Jack appears to try to help, but the two stumble and hang to the point of falling from the top of the mountain. The level of complexity to these interactions impressed me.

Unfortunately, they both fall. One dies in the fall, but by a miracle or curse, the other girl survives with some bruises and a broken leg. 30 days later, She makes a decision; to survive, she sees no other option but to eat her sister remains. Sometimes, I was hoping certain characters would just die already. Each character has a distinct personality, and you'll find you empathizing with some of them. This act wakes up the spirit of the Wendigo who takes possession of her body, 3 days later she notices that her body is different, she feels no more pain as before getting stronger, after a while she becomes one of the creatures.

A year after the tragedy in BlackWood's mountain cabin, The same group organizes a vacation in the same place as the incident. Lots of dangerous events happen. During some segments, I began holding my breath! But in the end, everyone escapes alive, the rescue helicopter approach along with the dawn. After all the survivors give testimony to the police, One of them says that they need to see what's in the mines. Sometime later a police team goes to the pits, they find one guy of that group in the early stages of becoming a Wendigo, he attacks them. The end.

The game's narrative is fun to navigate, The acting is excellent, thanks to incredible vocal performances. I had so much fun with Until Dawn and the depth with which my choices affected the final outcomes. Until Dawn is a fantastic horror game you shouldn't miss.
