Beautiful lessons from Disney Pixar`s UP!

Up - is a 2009 American 3D computer-animated comedy-drama adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures.

Hello, my friends! Thanks for coming! Today I am going to talk about Disney Pixar`s UP!

This animated film tells the story of Carl Fredricksen, a retired balloon salesman who has his grumpy side and the other dreamer and wants to have his last adventure.

Up is a delightful film that, following the formula of so many other Pixar films, captivates not only children but also adults. The story begins by showing the beginning of a beautiful friendship between an agitated, talkative and imaginative girl, Ellie and a shy, sweet and dreamy little boy, Carl. The two grow up, fall in love, and marry. Together, they share happy moments as well as sad moments and seek together to realize the dream of knowing the land of waterfalls in South America. But fate plays a part and ends up leaving Carl alone with the death of his beloved Ellie.

He is about to lose his home, so he ties balloons in it to sets off toward the world of his childhood dreams, Hundreds of colorful balloons support Ellie and Carl's house. But the old man is not going to make this trip alone. On his way comes the little Russell, who needs to help an old man to earn a new badge from his club of adventurers and pathfinders, ends up in this adventure because he's in the wrong place, at the wrong time and so the two reach new horizons and meet new beings, and also Dug, a dog with a leash that gives him the ability to communicate by talking. Stuck in this new world, Carl discovers that special moments are not those of constant adventure, but with a lot of love.

Both of them end up finding an exotic, colorful and mysterious bird, Kelvim (a rare bird 3.5 meters tall), that falls in the graces of Russell. Severely, the adventurers know that this bird is a fixation of the old idol of Carl, an obsessed adventurer who wants to capture it at all costs. Of course, they will not let the madman get the bird. With the help of a talking dog and many thrilling sequences, they manage to defeat the villain of the story. In the middle of this journey, both old Carl and the boy Russell learn beautiful lessons from each other. Carl learns to put the past aside by following the advice left by his beloved, to live new adventures and Russell wins a faithful friend who will share with him many other incredible experiences. All this also culminates with the arrival of both to the lost land of the waterfalls.

Well, with so many odds, it was not long before Ellie and Carl felt unmotivated by the "pot of money." Over time, they stopped accumulating, and the journey became more and more forgotten. One day they finally got enough to buy tickets for the trip, but it was too late. Ellie was gone and did not realize the dream she had planned for her entire life. With our daily routine, it is easy to leave the goals aside. After trying and failing several times, we have become hopeless and unmotivated. A handy tool to avoid this is to create visual goals. Unfortunately, Ellie left and did not have the opportunity to realize the dream because of the financial mistakes that she and Carl committed throughout their lives. Carl felt bitter and unmotivated, but his story changes when he meets a little boy. Even though he is ancient, Carl decides to persist in his dream and realize the long dreamed journey. We know that thousands of people in the world have the same end of Ellie, but as long as there is life, it will never be late to realize our dreams. It's up to us to decide whether we're going to be like Ellie or like Carl. You have the power to write yourself a happy ending, so you should leave the comfort zone and turn your dreams into reality! It does not matter if you are 18, 30, or 70 years old. It will never be late to organize your finances and pursue your dreams.

"Up" was produced by the animation studios Pixar Animation Studios and directed by the acclaimed director of Monsters S.A, Peter Docter. The movie is lovely, it's funny with a touch of emotion, it moved me at times, and it has fascinating creativity!
