The Alchemist - is a novel by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho which was first published in 1988.

Hello, my friends! Thanks for coming! Today I am going to talk about The Alchemist!

This book tells the story of a young man named Santiago, and the story begins in southern Spain. Santiago is a young shepherd who walks through the valleys of Andalusia with his sheep, and in one night he has a dream of a treasury near the pyramids of Egypt. After that, he meets a gypsy who tells him that he has to fulfill his personal legend and find his treasure. But, he returns to his healthy life until he meets an old king in the city of Tarifa. The old king speaks and tells him to follow his personal legend. The old man tells him that when someone wants to realize a dream, the whole Universe conspires in his favor. So, Santiago sells everything he has to go looking for his treasure.

I much appreciated this work, not only because of the story but also because it is easy to read, simple to understand, and very moving. It says that when you want something, the universe conspires in your favor to realize your dreams and goals. Everyone has problems in their life, that's for sure, but the way we deal with issues is what makes all the difference!

He travels to Tangier where he is robbed. A young man steals all his money. Santiago arranges a place to work and stay in a crystal shop. After he saved the money, the boy continued his journey through the desert in search of his treasure. He goes through the desert and arrives at an oasis where he falls in love with a girl named Fatima. Near the oasis, He meets an alchemist who helps him discover his treasure. After adventures, he finally reaches the foot of the pyramids and begins to dig. And in the end, he finds his treasure and goes back to his love, Fatima.
